Essential oils are the extracted essence, the most potent chemicals of a plant, herb, or seed. Oils can be extracted in various methods such as cold press, distilled, or solvent. Because of its strenghth, the powerful essential oil of the essence should be regarded as medicine paying close attention to the amount of drops used at a time. Most essential oils, with the exception of lavender and tea tree, must be diluted with water or a carrier oil before use. Visit our About Us page for links to aromatherapy information. |
